[TIME-245] Add the same criteria to gadget that report has

The Time Sheet Report allows for grouping by fields. Would like the same flexibility on the Time Sheet gadget.

We bill time by client - which is a field in JIRA (we actually use component). It would be nice to have time sheet grouped by client, so the developer can enter into the billing system verbatim, otherwise they have to run the report every day or every week since the report criteria is not saveable.

Hi Andrea,

Actually report criteria should be saveable. I'm not sure how good it is in old versions, but I tried to make it work perfectly in latest version 2.3.5. Also if you don't specify date in Timesheet report, it will assume week before now.
