[TIME-247] Format logged time and total like Jira with hours and minutes

Would like to see time logged formatted like it shows in the Jira issues.

So 2.25h would should up as 2h 15m and 18.767h would become 18h 46m

Maybe even a parameter that allows to display in "Hours/Minutes" or just "Minutes" say to display the time in minutes.

2h 15m would be displayed as 135m and 18h 46m would be displayed as 1126m
