[TIME-260] Group Time Sheet gadget is broken on the dashboard

As I created the group name in Korean, the group time sheet gadget is broken on the dashboard.
(Please see the red table in the attached file.)

There is no problem when I created the group name in English, as I captured the blue table.

Maybe I guess it is the problem of encoding character set.
It is weird that even though the group name is broken, user names are not broken as you see this image.

I have to use the Korean group name for more effective business report.

If you need more information about this issue, please let me know.

This bug obsoletes issue #158 "[TIME-158] When group name in russian translation, time sheet gadget don't show", apparently support for native user and group names is fixed in Jira 5. Though username in timesheet gadget steel needs html decoding.

Fixed in 2.3.5. Fix for Jira 4.4 to be done.
