[TIME-272] Increase Report Period

Hi,
is it possible to increase the max possible report period?
The current maximum of 2 month is good for load and performance but we need also reports with an period of max 1 year.
Is it possible to add an configuration field to set the maximum report period?

Yes, please see issue #169 "[TIME-169] Unbounded report size means large reports can easily cause OOMEs."
