[TIME-273] Subtasks summary report in pivot

It would be nice if in Pivot Report appear option "Sum Subtasks".

Current behavior:

• go to Pivot Report
• check "Show details"
• all tasks and subtasks are computed and shown separately

Expectation

• go to Pivot Report
• check "Show details"
• check "Sum subtasks"
• all tasks are displayed separately
• all subtasks are aggregated in parent task

Because of my inattention I've put to the patch more changes than sumsubtasks feature required. Here is a clean patch (sumsubtasks_clean.patch)
