[TIME-289] Project setting on timesheet report does not work

When I create a timesheet report (via Projects -> Reports -> Time Sheet Report) setting the project field makes no difference for the report. It will still list times of all projects, not just the selected one.

This is very strange issue, as it used to work. Someone else had the same problem, and JIRA restart solved it. Could you please try too?

The restart fixed the problem. Might be an issue with the automated plugin update.
