[TIME-291] When displaying "Status" columns use the Text representation rather than numeric key

When creating a timesheet, and selecting "Status" as the group by column, the status column is automatically added to the report, but shows numeric values, eg "2, 10002" rather than "Opened" or "Resolved".

Can the report normalise the numeric key values into their text based equivalents?
