[TIME-292] "Details" link in Group Time Sheet is broken

It looks that baseurl variable is not set in template context.

Hi Alexander,

Thank you for the fix. I've just improved it a bit, to use baseurl, as it is intended, to let it work from confluence.

Also I'd like to highlight that Group Timesheet is deprecated and should not be used. Please let me know if you have any problems migrating from Group Timesheet to Timesheet gadget. The latter combines all variants of timesheet.

I know that it's deprecated but we needed this to be fixed to bundle new version with ondemand (providing broken version of plugin for clients wouldn't be a good idea). I'll check that changes and if they works this will be bundled in ondemand as 2.3.7.1 .
