[TIME-294] Time not showing in gadgets in Jira On Demand

Issue #294 resolved
Andriy Zhdanov created an issue

Since yesterday, the time logged on issues is not showing any more in the gadgets (Timesheet, Group Time Sheet and Pivot Report) in our On Demand instance.
The times do appear fine in Time Sheet Report and Time Tracking Report.

I've noticed some strange behaviour in the calendar that shows up in date fields, that let me to a clue.

Last saturday night started here the daylight saving time period. The calendar widget seems not to handle this properly and shows two 20th of october (one saturday and one sunday). All subsequent dates are wrong. See attached screenshot.

I've also attached two more screenshots of the timesheet report that illustrate the issue:

    • when the daylight saving switching date (20th Oct) is included in the range of the report, no time is displayed
    • when the daylight saving switching date is not in the range, all times are shown normally

    Hi Julien,

Thank you for investigation! I think it must be fixed in latest 2.3.7 version, and it might be installed soon to Jira OnDemand, or you may need to request it. Please let me know if you try.

    Thank you.

I've just fixed problem "when the daylight saving switching date (20th Oct) is included in the range of the report, no time is displayed"

It should fix problem with gadgets also, if it has the same nature. I could not reproduce it, though.

Fixed in 2.2.9, 2.3.5, 2.3.6 and 2.3.7, please reinstall relevant version from plugin exchange.

Please let me know if it helps.

Committed revision 169844: in Brazil DST starts on midnight, so hour gets changed when iterating through clock change week
