[TIME-298] Can "Show Details" either be checked by default or remember the user's last setting on the Time Sheet Report?

The Time Sheet Report used to have "Show Details" checked by default in 2.3.5 and earlier. Now it's unchecked by default.
Can it either be checked by default, can you remember each user's setting, or can it be configurable so the default can be set JIRA-wide?

My users find the new default to be a big nuisance, because they have to check it each time, and they use the report a lot.

If you mean Details from Timesheet gadget (non group view), then I've just fixed it, please reinstall 2.3.8 and let me know if that's it.
