[TIME-299] Can "Project" and "Issue" display on one side of the Time Sheet Report?

Is it possible to have "Project" and "Issue" appear on only one side of the Time Sheet Report? They take up a lot of real estate when shown on both sides of the report.

    Unfortunately this was added intentionally, by someone's else request. You may find it convenient when you view report for long period.
