[TIME-300] Project Filter is not be honored

Only affects the Time sheet report (not the Dashboard Plugin)
I specify a Project that I want to restrict the report to...but the report always shows ALL projects

The summary of the criteria (shown in Step 3) only shows the Start Date and End Date.
When I click "Change" and go back to the Configure screen the Project selection is empty.

This feature has stopped working in the latest version...I don't remember which version we were using before (when it was working)

Looks like corresponding parameter identifier is changed between versions, but update does not notice it. Jira restart should help. Sorry for inconvenience. Please let me know if it helps.
