[TIME-305] Typo/Bad grammer when there are no time logs to report in chosen time period

When using the dashboard gadget, the text displayed when there are no time log records to display in the chosen period
"There is no any time tracking records for the period"
As a suggestion, the readability (i.e. grammar) could be improved if this were changed to something like
"There are no time tracking records for the selected period." or
"There are not any time tracking records for the period"
