[TIME-308] Group by field for timesheet gadget

We need a Dashboard Gadget to show the total time spent based on Assignee or Client for a period week, Month, Year. Ganga S

Note, it could be generalized, as configurable vertical part of timesheet (issue, project, worked user, assignee, etc) and similar for pivot report but for horizontal part.
