Using + to log time displays odd date

JIRA Version: 5.0.6

To reproduce, click + on time sheet widget for 1/18/13. Once you've done so, you'll see the date is nonsensical. One screenshot shows this nonsensical info. Another screenshot shows our time/date configuration that may be the source of the issue.

    Yes, problem is with jira.date.time.picker.java.format, it should be "MM/dd/yy h:mm a", without quotes, using uppercase MM for month.
