Time Sheet widget shows issues it is not supposed to show (excluded/no time assigned)

I am using the Time Sheet widget, and it seems that since version 2.3.10 it shows issues that it should not actually show, because in the week that the widget is supposed to show there has been no time protocolled on these issues. (Only in earlier weeks.)

Moreover, I have set a filter for this widget which explicitly excludes this type of sub-tasks for which not time may be entered by the users. Still, these issues are shown, which means that the filter of issues types is obviously ignored.

In the screenshot below you can see three issus of type "Patch" listed, which have been excluded by the filter AND have no time assigned in the shown week.

OK. I installed the second version of 2.3.10, and the problem was fixed. Obviously this was a side-effect of the quite problematic "fix" for #317.

P.S. Re-using the same version number for another bug fix release was not a good idea!
