[TIME-34] Please add the issue type to the timesheet report excel template

The timesheet report as html shows the issue type as an icon, and this information is lost when getting the same data in excel format.

We'd like to have the issue type name in the excel version of the report.

I'd be happy to work on this feature, as it seems reasonably easy, but am unsure of the development tools to build and test the plugin.

Does this plugin use maven 2.x for the build tool?

Yes, it can be easily built with maven 2, see http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/JIRA+Plugin+Development+Kit - you just need to use provided settings.xml in your maven_home/conf dir.
