JIRA Timesheet Reports and Gadgets Plugin

Dear support, We have just upgraded the license key for the JIRA Timesheet Reports and Gadgets Plugin. We have also upgraded the plugin itself to version 2.3.14. Unfortunately, it seems that the plugin is not recognising any past loggings and it is not displaying them. Only new loggings are being registered. The problem started as soon as the new license key was uploaded. We have also tried to revert back to the original evaluation license but the problem still persisted. Do you think you can give us a helping hand to resolve this issue? This plugin is very critical for us in order to keep track on all open issues. Regards, Josef.

Could you please clarify what you mean by "plugin is not recognising any past loggings"? Screen shot could help.

I'm placing below a screenshot of how my timesheet plugins looks like in JIRA right now. The attached file is only showing a test log which I did this morning. Earlier loggings of past weeks and months are not being displayed. All users which use this plugin are currently encountering the same problem.

Hm, and what is the previous plugin version that worked? And please try to use it again for awhile, if it still works.

Hello Andriy,

We are using again version 2.3.9 as it works fine. However, with version 2.3.14 we would encounter the same issue as described above. Unless indicated otherwise, we will continue using v2.3.9 until a solution is found.

May be you could try something more in between, like 2.3.13, etc. I would like to narrow down a regression.
