Any steps to reproduce it, please? And does it reproduce on latest 2.3.14?

I can copy and paste the whole page error with link here or send by email (preferred), we have the Jira v5.2.6 and Tiesaheet plugin 2.3.14. In my opinion the main problem caused by (%3A instead of "-"), I dont know why and how does it happens:

At least, does it happen form Configuration page, or from report page when you click Change link?
