Mismatch of hours in different reports
Noticed that the hours for the same resource and same day when looked on the JIRA Timesheet Report are different. Please see the attached screen shots.

Could you please clarify, on html view you see 0 hours, then you click Excel view, and you get 3 records?
What are report configuration in this case? Is it default for currently logged user? Just dates are specified?
Is it viewed by different users?

What are report configuration in this case? Is it default for currently logged user? Just dates are specified? Username of the user for who the report is needed is provide with the date range.
Is it viewed by different users?
multiple users who wanted to view the timesheet report for this impacted user was reported.

Are they and impacted user in different timezones? Do you really use version 2.4?

Account Deleted the timezone settings for the users are same - Chicago. regarding Version number - can you tell me how to look for it?
