All projects in TimeSheet setting will produce no results

Hi Andriy,

We are having an issue where if we set project field in TimeSheet report to All Projects, nothing will be generated while there is data if single project is selected.

Plugin version is 2.3.16. Is there any known issue?

Strange, I've never heard about or seen such problem, but could please try latest version 2.4 and let me know if problem persists?

This is OnDemand system where upgrading plugin is not possible. Anyway, I'll give it a try.

I have realised that this is not a problem - but deleting my original comment doesn't work. If there is no user, or group selected the documented default is the current user. I had a user who doesn't create work logs and assumed that it should produce all entries for all users hence his complaint that it didn't work.

Hi, we have the same problem, Jira onDemand. Timesheet is configured with USER GROUP and PROJECT. USER GROUP has accecc to project. Result is 0 using both parameters. Result is correct if it is used only PROJECT filter. We need to use both parameters - PROJECT and USER GROUP.

Also gadget is empty if no user are logged work. Previous version of the gardeg showed all user without time logged, it was much more correct.

I believe your problem is rather issue#380, which I've just fixed and make update available this week hopefully, but it may take longer to get this updated on OnDemand.
