JIRA On Demand - no time sheet data displays

Hi, I added your timesheet gadget to my JIRA On Demand instance and am trying to pull time data but receive no results. I did see on the website a possible resolution was to turn on debug logging. I have to have the Atlassian Sys Admin do this, if needed, but they wanted me to contact you first. Can you please advise?

I've left the Configuration empty so as not to restrict unintentionally.

Never mind...I wonder if something took a while to replicate or update after enabling the plug in. I have data today! Sorry to bother you!
