Cannot show/export Timesheet Report for all users and all projects

On Jira OnDemand, with TimeSheet addon:

When showing or exporting the Timesheet Report to Excel, I can either export 1 project, with all users, or, all projects for 1 user. Although I can select "all projects" and "Show detailed report per users", it won't view nor export other users than myself or the user I have typed in the User field.

This is a major drawback, as I need to export worked hours for dozens of projects and 20 users every week.

How can I produce a report that lists all wored hours for all projects, grouped by user, showing all users?

Hi Rob,

Yes, you can specify 'jira-users' group, or any other more relevant for you, or even Role, that would be determined per project.
