Add work log directly from the gadget regardless of user group/ group by

Currently adding work log directly from the gadget is only possible if fields like “Show summary for users in group” or “Group By” are empty.

However, it would be quite helpful, to be able to log work directly from the gadget also if these fields are filled, like it was also implemented with Issue #434 (Delete work log from gadget). Just like there, for grouped issues there should be an option to decide for which of the issues in that group one would like to add work.

As with #434 this functionality should also be available,if one uses the gadget with Confluence. And with regards to this it would make using the gadget much easier if after being directed to JIRA to log (or to delete) work and after confirmation one is redirected to the confluence gadget rather than to the JIRA issue, if that is possible.

Note, until JRA-30197 is solved, it will use standard jira 'Add Worklog' page, instead of tiny popup.
