[TIME-48] Add option to show weeks in this month only
As date range now user can select only number of weeks.
It will be great if user can have option to select relative date range - especially "this month".
For example, if user selects "This month", the plugin shows all statistics for this month starting from 1st day of the month.
Such display will be very useful for the users the see issues worked on this month (important for Project managers too ).
As workaround to keep the same controls in settings, you can only add a check box:
"Display weeks for this month only":
If enabled (and for example number of weeks is set to 5), it will always show only time for weeks of this month.
E.g. on 14th it will show two weeks, on 24th it will show 3 and a half weeks.
