We have a problem!

The Gadget Time Shett not load the result of the consultation by the filter _ADD Work Log. Filter: issuetype in ("ADD - DESARROLLAR PROYECTO", "ADD - MANTENIMIENTO", "ADD - Sub TAREA ", "ADD - Sub TAREA con VALIDACIÓN", "ADD - TAREA", "ADD - TAREA VALIDACION", "ADD TAREA VERIFICACION - VALIDACION", "DIM - Diseño / Maquetación") AND assignee was in (membersOf("ADD")) The result returns, 30292 results... We expect urgent response!

    Could you please check jira.log? It might be an OutOfMemory.

    Also what version of plugin are you using?

    Hi Alvaro, I’ve checked the memory usage of your instance on the past month, and it never got over the memory available to it, so it never had an OutOfMemory problem. The version installed in OnDemand for your site is still 2.7.5. Kind Regards, Clarissa Gautério Atlassian Support

    From Atlassian direccionaron me to you, for all your tests do not have a conclusion.

    I do not know what else I can do. only I have a Gadget that from one day to another, stopped working.

    So, Timesheet Report with the same filter works fine? Also if you remove and add gadget back with the same filter, does it work?

    We already did all those prebas, but it does not work.

    We changed the names of the filter, load a new gadget, the query is the same as always.

    Yes, so it works. Could you please try removing existing gadget and adding new? In dashboard management.

    There must be some be use case that caused it, if it happens again, please try to remember what you did before, and also if possible check javascript errors in the browser.

    Meanwhile I close the issue, please reopen when needed.
