Show inProgressQuery issues in both past and future

Hi Andriy I'm back!

Thanks for your work on https://bitbucket.org/azhdanov/jiratimesheet/issue/475 but I now have another tweak I'd like you to consider.

I would like the issues returned by the inProgressQuery to show up in both the past and future, in the timesheet gadget.

My use case (happened to me personally today) is that I'm going on vacation next week. In the current week, I see my "general hours" ticket "GH-2 Vacation". When I click to next week, the gadget is empty. I can't add the time (from the gadget).

The use case for seeing these issues in the past - not everyone is a timesheet superstar. Some people go the whole week without entering any time. So when their supervisor finally nags them enough the following week, we'd like that user to be able to click back one week, and have the issues show up for them. (They obviously need all the encouragement to use the system).

Hi Mike,

I would like to suggest that people click on such issue in the current week, and specify desired Start Date in the Log Work dialog, then they can scroll to desired week and continue filling in data.

Otherwise it's problematic to make it suite all, and having other options for this is a bit too much.
