[TIME-50] Timesheet portlet v1.8 doesn't display all worklogs in JIRA 3.13.2 (and 1.7 does !)

When logging activity in JIRA 3.13.2, some worklogs are displayed correctly in the Timesheet portlet v1.8, some others not. I haven't found any distinctive criteria between displayed and non displayed worklog.

When downgrading to Timesheet v1.7, all worklogs are displayed correctly.

FYI I'm logged as admin and have all possible permissions in JIRA.

I just look through this issue and find some interesting thing.
If worklog startdate's time between 06 am and 12 am the timsheet display very well, other time loged will lost spent time in timesheet but can display in detail page.
I think it maybe some worktime condition set in timesheet or JIRA , but I can't find any.
Any advice is appreciate.
