1 hour to load Timesheet report from JIRA

This issue is happening after we upgraded our JIRA to 5.2.11 from 4.4.

When we click on to pull Timesheet report it taking ages to bring the timesheet report page.

This is really affecting us as we pull report on weekly to preset to our management review

It still is issue after we updated the patch. It taking 5 - 10 mins to load timesheet page

Unfortunately, I can't find anything suspicious in the logs. But could you please clarify, last time you said that patch did help to speed up loading, but gadget was not showing any data. Is timeout problem back now? If so, does it happen on Report Configuration page, or somewhere else?

And does gadget show anything?

Right, also that fix was never confirmed so may be it was not fixed. Problem is I can't suggest anything at the moment. Also I believe we solved different problem during passed 2 months.

So, to clarify, does report work and only gadget has the problem? Do other plugin gadgets, Project Pivot and Worked Time Chart work? Do everything work after JIRA restart?

Though I'm lost in the status of your environment.
