The resource /rest/timesheet-gadget/1.0/projectRoles.json, can not be found

if we click on the Time sheet reports for Jira projects it keeps spinning forever and if try creating a dashboard with the timesheet we are getting "The resource /rest/timesheet-gadget/1.0/timesheet.json, can not be found".

We are using 5.2.6 version of Jira and 2.5.7 version of the plugin. Please let us know what we provide to debug this.

We had unlimited licenses for this plugin for sometime but this is the first time we are hearing from our users. We can not tell how long it has been broke since we are not sure how many teams are using it.

Usually reinstalling plugin helps, could you please try it?

Also you may check jira log for problems related to timesheet.

Note, projectRoles resource is there since much older versions.

Hi Andriy, Thanks for getting back so quickly. Reinstalling and restarting Jira fixed the issue. Just to document this correctly, The error we were getting is "The resource /rest/timesheet-gadget/1.0/timesheet.json, can not be found" the one I got in heading is incorrect one.

Glad it worked out.

Actually you may have had the one you've specified in heading some time, and the other one some other time, there are few resources in plugin, and when something goes wrong all of them may fail.
