Cannot see the timesheets for all users who has logged time.

Sometimes people are removed from the projects and from all jira groups for the restriction reasons. But it is still required to get the time spend on the project (particular JIRA filter) for a particular period. In the Timesheet report, when a user field is empty and Groups selected to None, a timesheet report is generated for the current user. It would be more convenient and obvious if the report would be generated for all people who have logged time to issues that are filtered.

May be using Project Pivot Report would work for you? It shows all worklogs, but not by days.
