Time Sheet using other language than JIRA user settings making translations strings missing

When using the Time Reports menu item in JIRA onDemand, the reports are shown with i18n codes instead of actual text. Furthermore, even though JIRA is set to English (US), the locale it tries to load (but fails) is de-de. Note that my Safari 7 browser on MacOS is set to German.

Should be fixed, but sorry there is no any translation yet, hope it's not a bit deal.
