Project Pivot Report not opening.

Project Pivot Report not opening. It waits some minute and then timeouts. Time Sheet Report opens correctly. Any ideas how to fix it?

    Yes, sorry for silence, I'm trying hard to figure out what may be wrong. May be you could check logs though? Something like OutOfMemory or any other exceptions there?

    I've checked LOGs but there is nothing written in LOGs for this event. If you could tell me how to rise LOG level for plugin I could rise it and then check LOGs... And I've noticed that Time Sheet Report also stopped opening. At least for some of the projects. Any ideas where to look?

    Not really, this kind of problems should cause error logs with no need to rise logging leve. What is your JIRA version and plugin exact version?

    I think that report configuration is exactly what is not opening. We don't use crowd and there is just 500 groups in Jira. But we have 36k users in jira DB, maybe it's causing it.

    Btw we were using last free plugin version - reports worked fine then, but gadgets don't. Now - with newest version - it's in reverse - Gadgets work, but reports don't. Maybe we can try some version in the middle which could work? Does downgrading plugin version work just by replacing jar?

    It's rather important to figure out if report configuration page is not opening or report itself. Does report show up if you click Details in a Timesheet or Project Pivot gadget form dashboard?

    And to answer your question, it's safe to install any previous version, but via Adminisrtation - Plugins - Manage, and not by replacing jar on filesystem. You can try installing patched plugin from the workaround page in my previous comment. It should help in case you have this problem, but only for Timesheet Report.

    I can confirm that problem is only with Report Configuration page. By clicking "Details" in gadget - report displays instantly. I will try workaround plugin version and will let you know the results.

    Plugin version jira-timesheet-plugin-2.7.5-JRA-32510.jar still did not solved Report config page opening. Both report config pages not opening.

    I did not restarted Jira. There are too many users using it. I will do it in evening and will write results tomorrow.

    Ok, this might be the reason. Because report configuration page is not updated within plugin installation. Also, I've double checked, big number of users should not cause this problem, it does not use dropdown select box.

    Sorry for long reply: jira-timesheet-plugin-2.7.5-JRA-32510.jar solved report opening for timesheet report, but Project Pivot report still does not open. Can you suggest any workaround?
