Wrong year in calendar

When we try to add time from TimeSheet with +, the year is wrong. This bug append after JIRA 6.3.1 update.

Reset the regional settings did the trick :)

Well, may be there is something I could fix in the code too. So if you let me know, I will try to reproduce it. What do you mean by reset also?

I changed regional setting to something else then i saved then i changed it again for the right settings.
