Time Sheet gadget: allow to hide employees who hasn't logged time

Former user created an issue 2014-12-05

Allow the "Time Sheet" gadget not to return employees for which there are no time logged or at least to have the option not to display them.

Finally this feature is available in 2.9.2 for JIRA 5 - 6 and in 3.0.2 for JIRA 7

Version 2.9.3.1 is released with fixed Show Empty Rows for group timesheet.

Seems that if there are only empty rows and they're not shown, a misleading error message is returned:

"Group was not found or it doesn't have any members or you dont have permissions to browse users. Please check preferences or contact administrator."
