Long Issue Summary Causes Mouseover Problem when Editing in Timesheet Gadget

In the Timesheet Gadget, when displaying an issue that has a long summary, the pixel distance between the logged work time and the pop-up for editing that value can be so great that moving the mouse from one to the other causes the pop-up to disappear - meaning that it is unusable.

The logged time that is displayed on the Timesheet Gadget is centre-aligned vertically. When you mouse-over the time, the edit dialog that is displayed is aligned with the top of the table cell.
