[TIME-58] Can not find "Timesheet report and prortlet" under the list "Add a new portlet"

The "Timesheet report and portlet" plugin was installed by our computer-office.
http://svn.atlassian.com/svn/public/contrib/jira/jira-timesheet-plugin/jars/atlassian-jira-plugin-timesheet-1.8.jar

I started Jira and on the "Dashboard" I clicked the link "Add a new portlet".
The only plugin with "Time" in the name was "Time sheet summary" and it does not seem to be the correct one.

How do I get the "Timesheet report and portlet" plugin as a member of this list to choose from?

Plugin contains three things
1) Timesheet Report
2) Pivot Report
3) "Time Sheet Summary" Porlet

So you see the right thing, and to see reports go to Browse project tab, you should see them on the right in the Reports list.
