Add a Title/Description to the timesheet email

It would be desirable to add a title/description to the contents of the timesheet email.

Version 2.8.2.8 is available with added description to email the same as in html.

Note, I realise that there may be need for some information about report configuration, it may be added later too, see Issue#602.
