Full name are not displaying in Reporter field in Time Sheet and Project Pivot Gadget

Hi Andriy,

There are some users whose username were got renamed in JIRA. For example, msharma9 and ssharma were got renamed to mshar5 and ssha51 respectively.

In the report we found that old username is displaying under Reporter (Screenshots pivot gadget.png and timesheet.png) while the "Full Name" of users should be displayed there also as like Assignee. We can find the assignee and Reporter name for these users in the issues BBKQ-12 and BBKQ-103. (Screenshots mshar5-Assignee.png, ssha51-Assignee.png and ssha51-Reporter.png)

Please look into this issue. This is a blocker defect for us.

Hi Andriy,

As you can see in the screenshot timesheet.png, the Reporter is 'ssharma' for issue id BBKQ-103, while the correct Reporter is 'ssha51' in this issue id BBKQ-103 as shown in ssha51-Reporter.png. Basically, the old user name of user "Saurabh Sharma 9" was 'ssharma' which was renamed to 'ssha51'. Now a new user "Simple Sharma" is created in our application with the user name 'ssharma'. So, if you see the report as shown in screenshot "pivot gadget.png" and timesheet.png, the reporter is 'ssharma' which means the Reporter is "Simple Sharma", while the correct Reporter is 'ssha51' which means the Reporter is "Saurabh Sharma 9" as shown in screenshot "ssha51-Reporter.png". So in this way, this timesheet report is wrong. This issue will be fixed if the timesheet report will display the "Full Name" of the user. So, this issue is blocker for us. Please look into this issue.
