Extra project is visible on Configure - Timesheet Report" page while it is restricted in "Timesheet Configuration"

Hi Andriy,

We are using JIRA 6.3.12 and "JIRA Timesheet Reports and Gadgets" plugin version jira-timesheet-plugin-2.8.2.6-JRA-32510.jar

We have restricted all Projects in "Timesheet Configuration" except "Playground - QA". and "Studio Template" (Screenshot Restricted_Projects.png)

But we can see that one extra project named "Project_CHRY" is appearing in Projects in the "Configure - Timesheet Report" page. Ideally, it should appear only two projects "Playground - QA". and "Studio Template" at Projects field.

Is there any other way to restrict visibility of this extra project in "Configure - Timesheet Report" page and "Report: Project Pivot Report" pages?.

Please suggest.

Can you please confirm Project_CHRY is selected in Timesheet Configuration - Exclude Projects option?

Hi Andriy,

Some other persons are working on this environment so this Project_CHRY got un-selected in Timesheet Configuration - Exclude Projects option. So, now this is not happening. But one user is able to see one extra project "ray-ban Phase 1" in the "Configure - Timesheet Report" page and "Report: Project Pivot Report" pages while there are only two projects "Playground - QA". and "Studio Template" un-selected in Timesheet Configuration - Exclude Projects option. So, now this is not happening.

We have observed that this project "ray-ban Phase 1" is not coming in the Timesheet Configuration - Exclude Projects option, so we are not able to select this project in Timesheet Configuration - Exclude Projects option. Why this project is not appearing in the Timesheet Configuration - Exclude Projects option?

Hi Reetesh,

It might be because the person who is using Timesheet Configuration, does not have permission to the "ray-ban Phase 1" project.
