[TIME-60] CLONE -Portlet: Usernames not sorted

When editing the Time Sheet Summary portlet, the list of user names is unsorted (see screenshot attached). As we have ~2000 users in the system finding the right one is almost impossible.

All the other user's drop down list in Jira are sort out by Fullname. Can this one follow the same pattern? It doesn't make sense to show a list of Full names when the list is not sort out by this field. The idea of sorting out a list is to ease finding things in it.

Agree, fixed in 1.7 and 1.8, please redownload corresponding jar.
