Some errors in logs

Hi Team

We are upgrading our instance from Jira 5 to Jira 6 and we noticed the following warnings in the logs:

    Unfortunately timesheet subscriptions can not go through upgrade. There are few workarounds:

    1. Remove all Timesheet Subscription in Administration - Add-Ons - Timesheet Subscription before upgrade. Let user to subscribe again after upgrade.

    2. Uninstall plugin before upgrade, then install it again after upgrade. It should remove all subscriptions on uninstallation, but any other settings too. So users will need to recreate their dashboard gadgets and subscriptions.

    3. See issue#545 for way to remove records in JIRA database manually.

    I have identified the users who created the subscription and during the actual upgrade I will remove that subscription and will ask users to recreate them.

    I would like to check with you how I can find subscriptions section in Jira 5 or it is Jira 6 feature only? So I need to clean up database manually in Jira 5 before upgrade ... ?

    Hi,

    It should be similarly in Administration - Plugins - Timesheet Subscriptions. Note, 2.8.3.1 has important fix - when admin deletes subscription it is also unscheduled. Previously scheduler records were not removed.

    Looks like I can't see that in Jira 5.2.11 with 2.7.5-JRA-32510 version of PlugIn ...

    Ah, you have plugin version 2.7.5, it's been added later, I'm not sure when exactly, but can figure it out if really needed. I would recommend to install latest version though.

    Looks like I don't have Update option there ....

    Need to update manually. Will do that before Upgrade.
