Time Sheet Report no longer groups time by developer

previously grouped by Developer (you could see how much each developer worked on the project). I'm not sure if the issue started when we upgraded to v2.8.3#977:bd4398bb4167 but it is possible.

Hi Adam,

Yes, now it's necessary to use Group By: Worked User report option.

It's mentioned in release notes, sorry plugin does not have upgrade notes to highlight this on plugin upgrade.
