Missing button

Hello, one of my users reported me that he is missing button Next in Time Sheet report (see enclosed picture). He is using Seamonkey 2.32.1, Firefox 36.0.1 a Chromium 41 on Linux. I tried it on Safari (iOS) and button is also missing. But button is present on my computer with W10 and Firefox 36.0.4. JIRA is 6.2.6. Thank you Jan

Looks like there is problem with Exclude Groups option. There should be error in jira.log.

I can reproduce exactly the same behavior when I'm not logged in. Could you please make sure you're logged in in other browser when you see this problem? Screen shot of top half of a page would assure me :)
