Private filters being shown in Filter field

Hi, Whilst looking at another issue relating to Jiratimesheets plugin i noticed that my private filters which had not been shared with anyone were visible on the Jiratimesheet for anyone to see.

Hi Mike,

Do you think this problem reproduces with later versions? I can't reproduce it with with latest 2.9 version.
