[TIME-65] Create printable version of timesheet

I'm thinking of implementing this as follows, ALL please provide your comments/concerns as it may influence you or you may have better idea how to implement this.

There will be new parameter 'Template' that will replace 'Show Details' checkbox, and it will have few options: Standard (Detailed - default), Simple (do not show users), plain (current excel view).

Then, Jira does not provide much flexibility for report plugins, so you can print out html view of the report using 'Printable' link on top-right of the page, or you can click 'excel view' and print it out form excel then.

Currently excel view of the Timesheet Report shows plain list of work log records, but within the changes it will show the same report as html view, and you'll be able to print html view from excel without any jira headers.

Moreover, having 'Template' parameter, you'll be able to customize/extend it, add your own template for your specific purposes.
