Adding notification of incomplete timesheet in email subject rather than body

Hi Andriy,

Another small enhancement would be to change the subject of the incomplete timesheet notification email. Right now it has the same name as the normal report.

Additionally, the sentence indicating the timesheet is not complete ("You have incomplete timesheet for the period") is at the very bottom and with a long timesheet like we have, people don't even scroll all the way down so in appearance it looks like a normal email report. It would be best to move it a the top of the email to be the first thing to see.

I hope it's not duplicate, I search but I couldn't find similar issues.

Sorry, it's no feasible to fix. Incomplete flag is calculated during report rendering, so it's undefined in the beginning of the report; and it's not possible to return the value for indicating it in email subject.
