Timesheet worklog not visible

Hi Support,

We have a problem on timesheet. some users Log their time but on the worklog tab it is not visible. If i check the history, the user has a history that she logged 6hours but it is not visible in worklog tab and also on timesheet gadget.

Can you help us on this problem?

Could you please clarify:

1) How does she log work, using timesheet gadget, log work dialog or tempo?

2) There is Worklog Visibility option, if it is set, it can not be noticed in history, but worklog does not appear for restricted users.

3) Can anyone see this worklog at all?

Hi Andriy,

She log her work in the issues created but it seems that it is not visible as you can see on the screenshot. The worklog visibility option is set to be view by others. There are no restriction on the worklog.

You are right that the user set her worklog to be only visible by her group.
