Project Pivot Report no longer display component name correctly

One of our users has run one of her reports that shows component as an additional field. Instead she gets some query script displaying (see attachment.)

We are using Atlassian Cloud. We do not have the optional configurable plugin, just the standard one that comes as part of Atlassian Cloud.
