My team are trying to insert time on JIRA Timesheet dashboard, but they only can apply on work log.
The error is attached.

Can you please check if there is any error in browser javascript console?
Also, what is your Time Tracking settings in JIRA, particular hours per day and default time tracking unit?

Hi Victoria,
Looks like user is forbidden to log work. Is user able to log work for the issue using standard JIRA Log Work dialog? Open an issue, and click More action button, then Log Work item. If this is not available, please take a look at this page for troubleshooting: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Unable+to+Log+Work
Otherwise, did it work before for the same user, and if so what has changed? Also does it still work for any other user?

I tried to log work with other users, but occurs the same problem. They are able to log work accesing the Issue, but aren't able to log work in Timesheet.

Could you please try to expand POST request in javascript browser console, and see if there is error message?

If you click on the failed request in Network tab, it should show details, including response, error message may be there.

Is it possible that you have some additional add-on or configuration that require anything like specifying Remaining estimate, or changing issue status, etc?
I'm aware of cases when changing status requires adding worklog, by workflow. May be you have something similar.

Have you tried disabling JIRA Cloud REST filter add-on?
Also, I've just realised, may be you're using Tempo plugin also, and you have configured some restrictions, who can log work?
